Meeting flow improvements

We have added the company name to the meeting flow so that the user always has full access to information about the context in which he is located.

UI transformation

We have overhauled the application's UI. The new look is much cleaner, which profoundly improves the user experience. It also enables convenient aggregation of information and facilitates user access to it. The new UI supports the new vital feature of the 21st, i.e., a search engine window that allows you to search a catalog containing business information about all Norwegian companies.

BankID authorisation

Integration with BankID provides the 21st users with security-based comfort. Identity confirmation enables the company graph functionality, while two-factor authentication protects against identity hijacking in the application.

Company graph functionality

All companies and all people performing some role or function in them, as well as the entire network of connections between these entities - we have it. 21st offers up-to-date, complete knowledge about Norwegian business. Companies, chairmans, CEO's, shareholders, and ownership of enterprises - we have all data collected in one place, presented transparent and digestible.

Financial data of Norwegian companies

Reliable business requires transparency, which is why the new version 21st offers convenient insight into the official financial data of every Norwegian enterprise. Financial results, accounting data, and other information are organized and transparently presented.

Improvements of 'add meeting' flow

We have organized the modal view in which you can manage the list of meeting participants:

  • we added a preview of the number of participants who confirmed/rejected participation in the meeting
  • we changed the icon for removing guests from the invite list from the trash bin to 'x'
  • we have improved the UI of the modal
Better handling of cap table and shareholders list

We have added functionality to facilitate shareholder management. Now you can add a shareholder with the shares and votes assigned to him, and only then adjust the cap table.

First-time user experience refinement

We have optimized the process of creating an account and logging in to the application. We have changed the way of adding a company profile to the user's portfolio and added a modal showing suggestions of companies to be added based on verification with BankID. We have also added a view asking for the email addresses of management board members of the added company.

Better management of meeting participants

Added functionality of managing the list of meeting participants from the very beginning of the meeting creation process. The functionality was implemented by adding an 'x' icon next to each participant, as well as adding an 'Add' button, known from later stages of meeting creation (with the same functionality).

Improved flow of adding a new company by a logged in user

The flow of adding a new company to the user's profile has been synchronized with the flow of suggesting companies to the user after signup

New way to handle user settings

User settings related to the 21st application have been sorted out and moved to a separate tab within the user dashboard. Settings related to user identity and integrations (for which the 21stID service is responsible) have been separated and are available after switching to 21stID

User account deletion functionality

Functionality of deleting a user account from the 21st ID solution level.
In order to use the functionality, the user should enter 'My settings' -> 'Go to 21st ID' -> 'Remove account'

Improved display of relationships in the catalog

We have improved the way data is presented in the catalog in the 'Direct relationships' section. Every user has now easy access to information regarding the status of verification of a given person's identity.

Fixes in displaying personal shares

We have improved the display of shares held by a given user to make information about their type and quantity more clear.

Shorter login/registration process

We have shortened the user's journey from clicking log in/sign up to the application's user dashboard by eliminating the unnecessary view.

Possibility of conducting a shareholders' meeting without collecting all e-mail addresses

We have added functionality that allows the user to conduct a meeting even if the administrator has not collected all e-mails to representatives of companies holding shares. This is especially convenient for administrators of companies with large and fragmented shareholding.

Company settings UI improvement

We have sorted out UI-related issues in the 'Company settings' section
Breakpoints - all components are aligned within the same content width.
All settings are placed within the same card to maintain consistency with User profile page.

UX/UI tweaks and upgrades

We devoted much time and attention to making working with the 21st smooth and trouble-free. As a result, we've improved many details, making our solution even more convenient.

Notification system

We have introduced a notification system, thanks to which no important information or action point will be missed.

More than one email address can be assigned to the user

21st now allows user to associate their account with multiple email addresses - so no more mess with multiple accounts.
This functionality also allows you to change your primary email address.
